Collaborating with a trusted draftsperson or architect that can best realise your vision, your dream home starts here. We also take care of all that paperwork, certificates, permits, contracts and necessary insurance before construction begins. Once construction starts, we ensure regular correspondence and updates so you are kept up to date with the progress of your home.
Building Construction & Construction Management
If you have already engaged an architect or draftsperson, had your plans drawn up, soil tested, engineering and other documents ready to go, we are the builder than can bring your vision to life. You may have a ‘tender’ package from your architect or have decided to go it alone. With this information we can provide a detailed quote for our services that explains clearly what is allowed for in our price.
